Who is eligible to become Match Moderator?

Any FPX User can send request for Match Moderator role for local team

What teams can be selected in Match Moderator request?

• All clubs/teams available on FPX platform except those clubs with Club Management subscription
• If club is not on our Clubs list, user can request a new club and once approved, Match Moderator request can be made

What is the process to become Match Moderator?

1. Through Match Moderator in-app promotions and Match Schedule functionalities, users may discover option to become Match Moderator, as shown below on the picture.

   

2. In the second step, we explain to user what Match Moderator benefits and obligations are and ask user to accept Terms and Privacy Policy. Also, we ask user to enable location so we can confirm their geography and make sure they make requests for teams nearby their location

   

3. In the last step, we ask user to select one team that they want to manage.

   

4. FPX Admin team receives a request on Admin panel where final decision is made. If necessary, we schedule a call with requestor and make sure they have the best interest.
